It happened today. I had enough ingredients to make the summers first gazpacho. At first it looked iffy because the only cucumber appeared to be bug smorgasbord, but it was huge and the bugs restricted their gnawing to the south end only. So, everything was there...cuke, tomatoes, basil, onions, lemons. All I had to add was the one tablespoon of honey and the wine vinegar. Then, whirl it up in the blender with a little ice and drink. Ahhhhh summer.
